We met through our common passion for coaching and quickly realised that we had all experienced redundancy during our careers and that this event had been a major catalyst for a change in our lives.
We had different experiences of the redundancy process and knew that the key factor in it being a positive experience for us was the support of the people we had around us at the time.
Thus, the idea for a coaching based approach to outplacement support was born, and we are delighted that our approach has had positive results for so many who we have had the pleasure to work with over the past few years.

Every business is different and every business change programme has its own unique challenges and requirements, so we work with our clients to discover their specific needs.
At an initial meeting we will listen to your needs, discuss with you the range of support that we can provide and build a bespoke programme for your business, being careful to work within your budget and timescales.
We approach outplacement from a coaching perspective, believing that at times of change people need to reconnect to the things that are important to them and be supported to decide upon and then plan the next chapter in their life.
Using a coaching approach means that we are able to support a wide range of aspirations, there is no 'one size fits all'. We have supported people to find new jobs in the same and in different industries, to realise childhood dreams, to set up their own businesses and to engage in voluntary and communicty work.
We have the flexibility to design a package of support that meets your specific requirements including your location(s), budget, role levels and types, timescales and facilities.
Once you have agreed the details of the programme, we will provide you with a detailed proposal, which will include costs, delivery plan and information about the consultants who have been selected to work with you.
